Hi Momo!!!
I had the day off today and had an eye test. Boy those drops can make your eyes go buggy....seee????? Yeah, hard to see right now.
Been driving around in the snow today but the next 4 days promises rain, rain, and more rain.

**sniffs** Sure smells good in here. I'll take a big bowl of veggie soup and some crackers please. Gee, look at those big chunks of carrots and potatoes. MMMMM!!! Thanks Momo!!

I guess we didn't raise enough last week to bail out Richard and he looks so bad in stripes. How about we leave out the tip jar and see if we can at least collect $10.

Poor LH indeed!!! We are in for a snow storm starting tomorrow afternoon. It will be hitting the areas that had the the ice storm that LH is dealing with. That includes OK!!!

We are in for 2 to 4 to 7 inches here but more south of us.

(I was wondering where the priority mail package I sent zippy-kat was. It must still be stuck in a ice bound post office. Wonder if LH has seen it). ;)

Thanks guys..............what happened to the bar? I know I haven't been in here in a while, but did the cleaning crew get fired?

Phred, send the care package to LOH. I'm in Oklahoma, and southern NY is getting HAMMERED by snow. She's going to need that and a few motrin and some muscle relaxers to get over shoveling.

Oh, MoFF and Lady's Human, please be extra careful. The last thing the heartland needs right now is another major storm. I heard on the news that many areas of Oklahoma are still without electricity.

Is there any coffee brewing? Here, I'll start a pot of regular. I need some caffeine!

I'm flyin......I hope. (I'm stubborn, and I hate flyin, but I ain't stupid. December is no time to drive 1400 miles)

The flight home is overbooked, so it's anyone's guess when I'll actually get home.

Weather was just on. We are in for 5 to 7 inches of snow; 8 to 9 in some areas. The wet, heavy snow that hangs out on tree branches and power lines and makes them come down.

At least I am well stocked with hot chocolate and a new snow shovel!

"Overbooked" ... Great! :(

Did you get a "real seat" or one of the "phunnie ones"?
Or do you have to fight for who gets there first?
The airline otta pay YOU for puttin up with their *krap*!

We'll load an Extra CARE Buckit and send it to the airport for ya ...
prolly toss in a pillow & blankie --- Airport benches are kinda hard to sleep on!

Hey - maybe Sandy Klawz could use an "experienced helper" onna Sled ...
trade luggin stuff down a few chimblies fur a ride to New Yawk.
Ya wouldn't have to shovel out the drive to get Home, either! ;)

Hey Cinder&Smoke he flew, trust me he only flies if he has to and he wasn't about to drive in this weather. He does like mint tea with honey, but as far as the DoD how about a Dirty Girl Scout. Hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps. I know three, I mean four (yes Lady I fixed it stop reading over my shoulder) of us who hope he makes it home before Christmas.

Don't worry I'm staying as safe as I can. The snow didn't even start until 9 am yesterday but they closed school anyway. I don't blame them. I had to shovel my driveway yesterday and it looks like I'm going to have to do it again tomorrow or Sunday as well. Ugh! The plow burm at the end of my driveway was close to two feet thick. I was going to drive to MA for Christmas with the kids but it doesn't look good.

I just arrived home...was due in last night. Missed connections...sick passengers, two snow storms, deicing...it goes on and on. Not to mention being interrogated by Canadian Immigrations. I now have a (very expensive) Canadian work permit. Good for one year!

Make it a double Dirty Girl Scout please!

Hi everyone.

I had visions of sugarplums dancing in my head until i realized that Mario was on the tree with his diaper at half mast.....I'll pass on the sugarplums..they are too anatomically correct!

I am now back in the loop again....long story, many smiles.

LH,

If you need a driver let me know. I drove about 5k miles in the last two months.

Richard! You are back! Did they only give you 10 days or so for running the toll, then? We had almost collected the $1.40 for your bail too! I think Slick is busking on the corner, singing carols and trying to raise the rest of the money. How was the food? Bet it wasn't as good as MOFF's soup.

What? The tip jar is empty? Oh, I see Richard was here in the middle of the night. Well, let's just hope the generous donations were enough to get him out of the hoosegow? (how do you spell that?)

Just dropped by for a cup of coffee and then it is out the door for me - lots to do and I have a list and checking it twice.

FEDEX???????

Have you no feelings?

LOL

Richard, I don't THINK I"m going to need a driver, but looking at the weather both here and at home you never know. How quickly do you think you can get to OK?

Now THAT was the wrong thing to ask RICHARD! :p

How Fast can the OHP Guy write out a Ticket?

The real answer to How Fast lies in the answer to:
"WHO's paying for the Tickets tween there and you?"

:D
