I have an Ozzy (dog), and that is what I call him, so I hope you don't mind sharing a fun nickname!
You had a short life and were taken to the Rainbow Bridge too soon; but you sure did know love, and bring love in your time here. You had such a wonderul impression on your family, even convincing Mom that guinea pigs are FUN! God had more work for you so She called you back to the Bridge to help out with things up there. Keep an eye on your hooman family here and let them know you are well, from time to time. Enjoy some crunchies there at the bridge, Ozzy! RIP.

Ozzy you were adorable and certainly loved by your family and I'm sure you gave them back much love. It was truly unfortunate that you were not around for a very long time.
your human family should know that you would want them to continue to get love from another piggie, if that is what the family wants. It won't mean that that they would love YOU any less. Piggies are great companions and have lots of love to give.
I hope they will consider adopting another one because there are so many piggies that need love and can make the loss of this wonderful pet a little easier.
Best wishes,
Smooch and family

I have tears in my eyes, reading your very special guardian’s heartfelt tribute to her/his beloved friend. Your time on this earth was tragically cut short Ozzy, but there is no doubt that during your brief four months you experienced a lifetime's worth of love.:) You will forever be missed Ozzy, but your beautiful spirit lives on in your human’s heart, and in the cherished memories you and your family made, and now here on Pet Talk as well. Until that happy day when you and your person are reunited, popcorn and scamper happily at the Rainbow Bridge Ozzy, munching on bunches of timothy hay and carrots along with my dear, departed piggies Squeakers and Rosie, and all of our cherished furangels.
To the guardian of Ozzy My deepest sympathies to you on the loss of your dear piggie. What a lucky wheeker he was, having a guardian as devoted as you. You worked so hard to prove to your Mom just how committed you were and in that you should take much pride; every pet is deserving of someone as dedicated as you! Losing a furkid is never easy, but especially difficult when a loss comes as quickly and unexpectedly as yours. I know right now your heart still aches, but hopefully, after some time and healing, you will be able to see your way to opening up your heart and home to another deserving piggie; there are so many homeless animals in need of a guardian as responsible, as caring and loving as you, and it would be a wonderful way to pay homage to Ozzy’s legacy of love:) I hope seeing Ozzy honored here today helps a bit in the healing process. He truly was a very special piggie and we’re honored to have him named our extra special, most deserving, Sunday honoree.:)
