As you might know, I love going around on horse breeders website and looking at their pretty horses. I've made a few posts in the past sharing pictures with you guys, and I now thought I would share one of my absolute favorites... I love all horses, but I am especially fascinated by black or dappled grey ones... A while back I ran across a foal for sale by the name Extreme Measures, a black arabian. He was stunningly beautiful even as a little foal, and I've been checking back now and then and they have just updated his section with some more pictures of him, now a colt. He still hasn't been sold, but there is obviously no way I could ever buy him... He's obviously out of my price-range, he is in the USA and not Sweden and I could never handle an arabian anyways especially since I haven't ridden in ages... Oh well, atleast I can dream, right? Here's some pictures of him *hopes the site allows off-site linking*:

And here's some picture's of a relative of his (his grandfather I think), also extremely stunning, but not for sale... His name is Jafar:

And here's a picture of one of Jafar's daughters, Shania (will have a foal of her own sometime this August):

This breeder (obviously) specialises in breeding black arabians. You can see more pictures and info at blackarabs.com (http://www.blackarabs.com).

Ann, if you love the black arabians so much you must have loved the movie The Black Stallion starring the black arabian name Cass Ole. He used to do tricks like take a bow and such, I got to see him do a special performance at the National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden back in the 80s.
If you would like to see another beautiful breed check out some morgan farms on the links from www.Morganhorse.com.

I pretty much love all horses too! This morning I took my daughter to her beginner riding lessons and I got to exercise one of the other horses who needs a lot of work! My daughter rides a beautiful golden palomino Quarter Horse and I'm working on exercising a handsome bay Morgan. Do you ride? I love to be around horses any chance I get and it still doesn't seem to be often enough!:D

When I was looking at the pictures of the Arabians I said aloud, "Oh! They are beautiful!" They are beauties! I love riding! It is one of my absolute favorite things to do! I really love bays!
I have a horse, and she is an appaloosa-Quarter Horse mix, and I love her so! I saw an add in the paper that was selling an eight year old bay, that is trained, and everything!
I want that gelding so bad, because my horse is not broke, and I love riding, but I have no horses to ride.:(
But, for now, I will work with my horse, Harley.;)

Sadly, I don't ride :( I used to...

Dogz, do you have any pictures to share of your horse? I'd love to see some! How old is she now?
