This little Doll-Baby is now playing with the other RB kittens. I am very sad to see her leave. :(

I posted 2 photos below because, even though I don't want it to look like I am making excuses, I do not believe this girl every grew! Seems to me this is the same thing as with baby Sprite.

I love you Marina!! My heart has an empty spot today. :O(

Sweet baby Marina. There's a huge fluffy orange dude at the bridge who will take care of you. Nancy told me they call him the captain over there. Play hard at the bridge sweet little one. You were taken from us way too soon.

{{{{hugs}}}} Oh, Jen...sometimes it seems like some little ones aren't born with what they have to grow to adulthood. In spite of what we who love them do - and you did everything - they move on way too early.

Jen - for all the little ones you lost, many more have thrived in your care and gone on to great homes. If not for you, they may well have been lost also.

This little one knew love and kindness for a brief time but wouldn't have known it at all otherwise. She can grow healthy and strong at the bridge now. RIP, sweet Marina.

Poor Marina. You know you did everything you could. She was blessed to be with you, and not in that shelter.

RIP sweet girl, and play hard at The Bridge.

RIP Marina. :(
I agree with Catty1, you may have lost 4 kittens this season, but think about how many you have helped find loving homes. And you will continue to help others that need you as well. :)

Sending all my best wishes to you Jen.
It is so difficult- these motherless babies have a rough start and you make such a difference but of course the chances are against them.

Play nice with the other Bridge kittens, Marina.
She WILL! She was a total sweetheart of a cat.

Looking back now at when she and 4 other kittens were brought to One by One, we (and the vet) assmed they were NOT from the same litter as Marina was considerably smaller than the others. If she WAS one of their littermates then that might have been a clue to why she was not strong enough to make it. :(

Thanks everyone.
