Lip balm/ protection?

Just wondering what everyone uses for lip protection?

I like Blistex, don't have much luck with Chapstick. Just tried Carmex - Walmart brand ( I was out and needed some) and it was a total waste of money!

I personally don't care for Blistex and while at home I do use Carmex in the tube (cherry). But at work I like to carry C.O. Bigelow. I have many different flavors...it's my favorite:)

My favourite is Biotherm's Anty drying protective lip treatment - SPF8. It's a cream.

I have been using Vaseline Lip Therapy for years. Recently they changed the formula so it is more oily than before. I don't like it, but I've tried other things and they just don't work for me. So I've learned to deal with the more oily formula. I also found that the cherry flavor is not as bad, oily wise.

Burts Bees all the way! never liked anything on the lips till I tried their stuff.

I use Neutrogena or Nivea and hubby swears by Lobello. I have to say I like it too but much prefer the Nivea or Neutrogena lip balms.

I use chapstick. I used to use bee's wax but I didn't like how it turned my lips white.

I usually use Chapstick, sometimes Blistex. I have never heard of Burt's Bees.

Carmex in the tube is the best. I've been using it for a very long time. Way before they finally started putting it in a tube.

I usually use that lipsmacker's lip balm and for my birthday I got Tutti Dolci Sugar Wafer lip gloss and it works great and it's glittery but it doesn't dry your lips out. :)

I keep some kind of lip balm in my pocket (or often bra if no pockets and I scrounging around home! :eek:) I have one from Murad that has pomegranate that I really like.
I have been using Blistex in the green tube and I really like that. But this is a question I just can't answer - I have a zillion!! :D

I use so many I don't really know which brand I like the best. I do use Burts Bees lotion and I LOVE it!!! :D

I don't like to use chap stick of any kind; it just doesn't keep my lips un-chapped :rolleyes: I mainly use lip gloss. it helps pretty well.

I use either Burts Bees lip balm or currently I have this Palmers Cocoa Butter stuff lip balm that I like pretty good. I usually get my lip balm from the health food store, as I don't like petrolium or artificial perfumes on my lips.

i use nivea caregloss and shine in lovely red :P it smells raspberry hinted. makes your lips shiny and soft :D

I love my Burt's Bees lip shimmers (nutmeg color). Although I'm trying to figure out if there's SPF in it. I can't find any info on the tube, which worries me because my dad had some pretty major surgery for skin cancer(removed his entire upper lip up to his nose, almost lost his upper palate, had skin grafting and was drinking through a straw for almost 6 weeks... you wouldn't want to see the pics, although you'd never go without sunblock again if you did). He had never used an SPF in anything. Now I want to make sure it's in whatever I put on my face.

I have a couple and I **thought** that they had spf 15 in them but if they aren't on the tube I could be wrong. I have cocoa and it is like the perfect color! I love it..
when in doubt I'd email the company you might be surprised!

Blistex moisturizing is the best lip balm I've ever had. The stuff's so moisturizing, it's like putting water on your lips :D

It is kinda pricey, but I LOVE it.

Smiths Rosebud Salve...

I like the original (tastes and smells like roses), but the strawberry and menthol is ok too.

I also at night just use the vaseline in the jar for a dollar in those travel bins.

I got a new one over the weekend from Bath and Body Works, Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine. It cost a lot more than a ChapStick, so hopefully I won't lose it any time soon!
