My daughter called me on her cell phone one day and told me a super friendly beautiful kitty was following her home...so, I could have some food ready...but while super friendly the kitty didn't stay for food just said hiand got some pettings and left.

His markings were beautiful though and i have never seen a kitty like him before so I thought i would describe him and see if any of you could ID his breed. I don't have any pictures because we usually only see him walking with his best friend when it's owner walks it...it's a Whippet (the small dog that looks like a grey hound...I think it's a Whippet??). Anyway...they walk together almost everyday and we see them usually while we are in the car driving...but I think the kitty is just a nighborhood kitty. I saw no collar.

He's a rich cinnamon brown all over (short hair) with black SPOTS not stirpes. His eyes are also a cinnamony color...I think...I only saw him up close once. so...I know it's not much but that's all I got! Lol! He's SUPER DUPER friendly though and he talks a lot! Very vocal but nice cooing and chirps kinda thing not yowling...not that yowling is bad...but...

He sounds gorgeous.:) Maybe he's an Ocicat (http://www.cfainc.org/breeds/profiles/ocicat.html). This breed is very dog like and loves people. I've seen them at cat shows and they're gorgeous and I've even been able to pet one.

He could also be Spotted Bengal. Here's a link about Bengal's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bengal_cat).

OH! He looks like the Ocicat completely! Just darker brown! He is gorgeous! I would love to see more of him...but we live in the back of the neighborhood and he stays mostly at the front of the nighborhood. Thanks so much! I had never heard of that breed. They are beautiful! His spots are just like the Ocicat's though! The Bengals are beautiful too. It's a shame he lives on the streets though as he is obviously a love bug! Lol! He always looks healthy though...so someone is taking care of him. Thanks again for the info!
