Here are up to date pictures of everybody. The dogs, the cats, the bird, the rodents, and the ferrets.

As of now, I still don't have pictures of Chloe, Blackie, or Rose, but oh well. I'll get their pictures later this afternoon. I'm also going to try and get a video of Casey and Dameon playing, for all of you who have never seen a ferret's dance. It is too cute for words!

So first things first. Enjoy!

Say hello to the kitties:

Here's old man Rush. He's going to be fifteen next year. He's having some issues now with an enflamed pancreas, but meds will help that. But since the stupid cat refuses to take pills....he just throws up AWFULLY every night. Aside from that, the Dr. said, "He is in excellent shape for a '92 model." lol

He's straight but the rooms crooked...oh well. I tried. He was right by a window and it was weird lighting. At least he doesn't have a glare. He was pawing at me because he wanted attention.

Introducing.....Pheobe! She's around four months old now (was four weeks the first of July so....). Yes, I know, she's fat. We're going to cut down on her food. She's going to go in to be spayed some time in the next couple of weeks and she's also going to be declawed. Not my first choice, but she's mom's cat, and it's not my new leather furniture she's tearing up. But my throbbing thumb from where she got got me nice and deep because I tried to pick her up while she was attacking Chloe isn't complaining too much...

Next on the list, the bird.

Here is my birdie Joseph (Joey), a white faced Cockatiel. He'll be two years old (I think....either that or three) in May. His favorite thing to say is, "Joey's a pretty bird, momma says." He also likes to whistle the Phantom of the Opera theme song and just say, "Pretty bird" along with a wolf whistle. lol At first he was curious about the camera, and then he just wanted me to get the freaking thing away from him.

Next are the rodents.

First is Bonnie, my 2 1/2 year old Dwarf Hamster. Something is wrong with her eye, and her back legs are screwed up. She has problems moving around and she is also starting to loose fur, but she is still as gentle as always. These aren't the greatest pictures, but I made the mistake of taking them at night when she wanted to get up and run around.

Next, Tobias, my brother's spastic rodent. He's a Gerbil and is approximately a year old. Not only is he a spastic rodent who loves to dig, but he has a habit of attacking anything that comes in/near his cage...so I was smart and took these pictures after I had woke him up so he wasn't hyper.

Freddie's next! He will be three years old in December. He has trouble making it up the ramp in his cage, but he is still a sweet old guy and is going strong. He's my little fuzz ball.

Lucy's turn! She is roughly four years old and is F-A-T. I don't know why she is, she just is. Oh well. She's a sweet heart. I have her a box to hide in/chew up and she loved it - instead of chewing it up she's been sleeping in it.

Now for the Ferrets. You have no idea how hard it was to photograph these two buggers. They would strike a cute pose, and I'd click the little button...and as soon as the camera would take the picture they'd move, so all I had on my screen was a big blur. Dumbos.

Here's Casey. She'll be three in January, but is still as spunky, playful, and sweet as ever! These pictures are dark, and I apolagize. She had just woken up so these are all I-want-to-stretch-and-sleep-some-more shots.

And last but not least, Dameon Michael, my evil ferret. He loves to sleep, eat, bounce around once or twice then sleep, and bite people. But he's a dear and loves to be cuddled. He'll be two in January. Just look at those chompers!

Phew, I'm exhausted. And I still have three dogs to photograph! :speak: LOL

Now for the doggies!

Here's Chloe. She's a Collie/Australian Shepherd mix and is about 7 months old now. She is finally starting to understand the rules of the house, and at least with me, has improved greatly. I took her on a walk in town yesterday and she did WONDERFUL. I was shocked. LOL Out here when we walk by the random person she gets very uptight at first (then very excited) and she doesn't like passing other dogs or cars, not to mention what happens if she sees a squirrel. In town we had people passing us left and right, some with dogs, and there were geese and cars...she wasn't fazed one bit and behaved. :D Made me proud. She's still a little poo head though.

My battery on my camera just died, so you'll have to wait for pictures of Blackie and Rose.

very nice cats but consider this:
declawing (http://www.declawing.com/)

"God made the cat so that man might
have the pleasure of caressing the tiger”

Besides declawing being terrible cruel why would you want to take the tiger out of a tiger???
