Can you not afford the latest and greatest Photoshop? Well, there is something called The GIMP. It is an free program that does the exact things that Photoshop does but for FREE! I use it all of the time. It is available for Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. I use it both on my Windows XP and Linux machines.
