Hubby woke me up this morning, to tell me he cant Find Bagheera!(foster momma kitty). He then tells me that he had opened the bedroom window about 3 inches in the night, cause he was too hot. Then he tells me, that there was no screen on the window!! So I jump out of bed, scramble to get dressed, grab some food, and run outside! I stood outside for quite some time, calling her, and rattling the food dish. Nothing.I decided to go inside, and look around just to be sure. while I am inside, i walk into the living room, and see Mocha sitting in the bay window watching some thing outside so I look to see what it was, and it was Bagheera! Thank the lord!!! She is home, back inside and safe! Hubby got the worlds largest Lecture, and has been snuggling with Bagheera since!
Talk about a scary Morning!!

Goodness gracious, what a way to start the morning! I am so happy you found her and she is back inside, safe and sound.
Hubby got a lecture?! When I get angry with Dad, I make the foods I like and he hates for 3 meals running! Broccoli, beets, lima beans, whatever I can find. That seems to stick in memory LONG after any lecture. ;)

Nothing more terrifying than them getting out. There are so many bad things that can happen to them! Glad she is found and is alright.

Wow, that's scary alright! I have no one to lecture if I make a mistake like that so I guess I need to borrow someone's hubby for that stuff. LOL Glad everything turned out well. Happy Sunday morning. :p

I agree that nothing is more scary than knowing one of our babies have escaped. I happy to hear that she is back in the house safe and sound. :)
As for the hubby, "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!!!!"

How scary. I'm so glad to hear that she's back home and is fine.:)
I think that your hubby needs to put some screens on the all of your windows without them. Then he can open them without any kind of problems. I'd also suggest getting pet screens put on. I have them and they're great.;)

well the reason this window had no screen in it, was because he had just taken out the A/C. but all screens are on now.
