To the hunt club!

Can you tell they were excited? I needed to train with Buck because we have our first hunt test in October, and I decided to take Luka and Nova too. Mandy stayed home and caught up on beauty sleep ;)
Here is a picture my mom got of the girls jumping off of the dock at one of the ponds

And here is an updated picture of Buck stacked. He is really starting to fill out and look nice (although he will never be show quality)

For comparison, here is a picture from February when he was a year old. I'm not going to hold my breath but he should continue to fill out and his topline will hopefully level out some more. His lines tend to take 2-3 years to completely grow up (and longer in the brain ;))

Here are a few videos. The first is of Buck doing a single mark and retrieve. I threw the dummy short so the video wouldn't be long. In a hunt test the retrieves are much longer, and of course it's a real bird. Oh and the handler wouldn't be the one with the duck call and bird (and a gun, which I lacked today), there would be someone behind a blind doing that.

I like this one, I had no idea my mom was filming. It's of me loving on him and talking to him a bit. He's my big ol' baby.

And this last one is from right before we left. Everyone was pooped, But Nova was especially tired. So funny!
