French Fries or Potatoes?

Haha this is silly, I was sitting at my dresser eating my supper (which had french fries in it) and just wondered which everyone likes more. :)

I prefer french fries, I love brown crunchy french fries.

I prefer Mashed Potatoes and Gravy!!! But I do love French Fries and Gravy as well. I cannot stand Crunchy Fries, I like squishy Fries!!:D

it depends on my mood and on what I´m eating at the time, but most of the time it´s french fries....... I love hem crunchy too..... and if you have seasoned ones...... better!!

Gosh, I was just thinking about French fries last night. I was watching a program on the Food Network about the development of the hamburger as a trend in fast food. They were showing Burger King's French fries, which I don't like as well as McDonald's or Wendy's. Any kind of potato is fine with me - baked, twice-baked, boiled, au gratin, hash browns ... potato soup (with or without leeks)... I like mashed potatoes lumpy so I use a masher, but my mom does them with a ricer so they will be smooth.

French fries. Probably because I don't eat them often. I love curly fries, and I love BK's because they are extra crispy and still have stuffing inside them.

I too love any kind of potato. I like french fries, but they're probably my least favorite way of eating potatoes.

My mother-in-law loves to slice a potato and eat it raw. Eww, how gross is that!? That's one way I won't eat a potato.

I like boiled potato's with lots of salt, pepper, butter and ketchup lol.

I also like fries which I eat more often but most places don't have a side order of boiled potato's. :p

I like french fries better, but i don't eat them very often, i much prefer oven wedges to fries anyday, and i like my baked potato,steamed potato's and sometimes we have mashed, but rarely, I only ever eat oven baked chips of any kind, fries, wedges or shoestrings, the latter ones only if they are reasonably low fat.

I'm not a fan of either really, but if I had to choose, I guess it would be fries. Very rarely do I eat them though.

French fries, hands down! I LOVE fries, they're so good. I especially love Wendy's fries dipped in that milkshake they sell, YUM!

Mashed potatoes (and really good bread) is my favorite food. Mmmmm. I love almost any kind of potato, but I'm really not a fan of french fries. I like potatoes baked, mashed, roasted, boiled, etc. but I just don't like fries that much.

not a big french fries kinda girl. I prefer potatoes.

I like them several ways mashed (with ricer lots of milk and butter and then I use a hand mixer to whip them so they are extra smooth), baked, twice baked, potato jackets (baked and stuffed), oven roasted herbed potatoes, pan fried, boiled, hash browns, tater tots, grilled and I could go on and on. :p

I voted French Fries, but I love the good British chip the most! Horrifically unhealthy, but sooo good in butties. :p

I also love a really good roast potato, my grandma always gets them just right.
