Good morning, happy Pet of the Day, and congratulations to you, dear Malcolm! :) I'm so happy to be the one to kick off your congratulatory thread, sweet one! Reading your humans loving tribute to her/his darling furry friend certainly has brightened up my gray and gloomy day! I'm saddened to think that you would be so selfishly surrendered back to the pet shop by your former "family." I don't understand what some expect from their animal companions, aside from unconditional love:( But our thanks go out to those people at the pet store for their great compassion, and most especially to your guardian, for welcoming you into her heart and home not in spite of your disability, but because of it. Now as for your secretarial abilities; most impressive:D I have a pile of bills sitting on might desk that might be well served by your skills should you and your family ever head out East!;)
Thanks for the big smiles, Malcolm! I wish for you a long lifetime of happy, carefree, love filled days and a very happy and fun filled "top pet" celebration with your forever family!

I am so sorry that you are blind, Malcolm, but please try to be thankful that you are now in a loving home with a devoted guardian that loves you unconditionally, just as it should be. One of my kitties, Schuyler, is blind in one eye. That fact only made me want to love him even more. I hope your day is filled with all the love and attention you can handle, with plenty of tasty treats and shoulder rides, too! Congratulations on being chosen our most deserving POTD! :)
