I usually don't take a ton of pics or do a lot of pic posting, but Calloway was being so cute and so relaxed today, I just had to get some pics of him!

He was at PetSmart for 2-3 weeks before, and no one wanted to adopt him! :( He's so sweet and so handsome. I just adore him. He's got this tiny meow too, and chirps a lot when he feels chatty. He's my sweetie pie, and if and when he gets adopted (if not by me, lol :o :p ) the family is going to have to be near perfect! He's such a good boy, and his limp has almost disappeared at this point. He's still not into anyone touching his tail or back leg area, but he's better about it, and he's been stretching much more, and seems to be feeling much better!

I just love sleeping on mommy's bed!

I can certainly see how you could leave that Sweet Happy face iin a cage. I would take them all home to the Hotel if I could and let them all run around and be as free as the wind with lots of toys and food. I would take Calloway if I could , I bet he would be a Found Cat in a New York Minute.

Calloway, I have a sneaky feeling that you will be staying right where you are if someone else doesn't snatch you up soon.

You are such a handsome boy and I just LOVE those Panda paws of yours.

Oh wow what a beautiful boy you are:D And Calloway sounds like a rich name. I think it was in the movie "It Takes Two" with the Olsen Twins, one of them were rich and their last name was Calloway, not that it has to do with anything though hehe.....it was a brain fart.

He is adorable! He reminds me SO MUCH of my Romeo. Which ALSO has a small limp from a broken hip, that healed itself before I found him:eek:

Nope.... I didn't name him after something the Olsen twins did, lol. It goes a little farther back than their generation, lol.

I named him after an entertainer/jazz singer named Cab Calloway, who was a black man that normally wore tuxedos. He was one of the guys from the "Big Band" era of the 1930s and 1940s... he sang the "Hi De Ho" song. He played with other jazz musicians like Dizzy Gillespie, and was an entertainer at the Cotton Club. Not sure if you've ever heard of him, Gillespie, or the Cotton Club, but they are a part of North American Black History (I know you're from Canada...). I love jazz and music from the Big Band era. :)
