My dog... a 52 lb corgi is slightly over 17 years old now.. I have had her on glucosomine with Chroidin(twice a day) the same as I take. I was wondering, though, if there might be something better that people have had experience with. I have been purchasing my PEOPLE's glucosomine with Chroidin at SAm's Club for many years... for myself and for my dog. I KNOW FOR SURE that it has helped the dog because if she was not administered the twice daily pill, she probably would not be able to walk at all.. Any suggestions??

If the glucosamine is not helping like it used to, then you need to see your vet for something stronger. There are many arthritis meds for dogs, your vet would have to decide which one is the better one for your particular dog.
Arthritis is painful whether dogs or people, and there are medicines out there approved for dogs, but the good and safe ones have to be prescribed by your vet. I'd make a call with the vet if it was my dog and discuss the options for medications.
Good luck.
