We are very excited to see our daughter Janis's Tasha here this morning! She is indeed a beautiful, sweet girl and as referenced in her bio (probably written my our granddaughter, Angela), she was named after a beautiful torti girl who was Janis's cat when she was growing up in Indianapolis. Last August Felix was playing with a small, soft foam cat ball toy -- about the size of a ping-pong ball. It looked like these:

The ball got caught in his throat. What a scare! Felix was panicking and choking. Good thing our Paw-Paw was nearby and heard Felix gagging. Paw-Paw was able to extract it from Felix's mouth. Had we been alone at home, Felix would have choked to death! Now all of our toys are too large to swallow, not made of foam and are "cordless".
