My Rattie Boys come home soon!/EDIT: They come home Saturday!

I'm just getting really really excited! :D

The breeder said they can come home in the middle of August and I'm ordering their cage at the end of the week :). The boys are not brothers, but they are from litters that are 3 days apart. One is a Russian Blue and the other is a Russian Blue agouti. I met the breeder at the NIRO show (Northern Illinois Rat Organization) in May and random people were coming up to her telling her how awesome her rats are.

Just wanted to share, I can't wait! :p :D

I have no idea, but I complete faith in her. One of my concerns was that they wouldn't get along, but she said it wouldn't be an issue :). I could have had brothers, but she said I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.

I ordered The Rat Retreat (R-685). I don't plan on having more than just the 2 boys and the rat cage calculator says it fits 3.75 rats. Does that sound ok? I wanted a long, not tall, cage so it can go up on my shelf. My pups are fond of rodents and I want them to be up high so they are safe :)

They are home! I will post pictures tonight or tomorrow. I didn't post them yet because I was sick. The boys are so cute and lovable!
