I'm so glad Timothy finally got to be pet of the day. I am his pet owner.. and it's my job to sadly announce that he died on July 13, 2007, a couple days before receiving this honor. And besides being 1 year 7 months as it was posted, he died at 1 year 10 months. I miss and think about him a lot.

Oh Timothy, what a cutie-pie you were! Look at that sweet face! It really makes me want to get a hamster of my own! I am so sorry you are no longer with us, but I know you are a beautiful guardian angel now watching over your human! I know you were Pet of the Day every day you were on Earth!

Ahhh what a sweet little boy Timothy was. Such a cute face that looks full of cheekyness!
I was sorry to read your post...but I assure you Timothy is no doubt playing hard at rainbow bridge - he may even have met my special little girl Harriet who died a couple of months ago.
Congratulations Timmy on being our POTD xx

Aw, Timothy you left way too soon!!!
You are no doubt playing at the rainbow bridge now. My girlhood hammie Calhoon is there. I'm sure you will meet him and be fast friends.
Mables0 thank you for sharing your precious boy with us! He was adorable!

Thank you for posting on Timothy's special day. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. No matter how tiny these animals are, they leave quite a void when they're gone. Rest in peace, beautiful boy. He looks like such a doll.

I'm so very sorry to hear of the passing of your beautiful little hammie boy Timothy:( What a precious soul he was and no doubt he's now wearing his angel wings and scampering about the Rainbow Bridge with all of our beloved furkids, waiting for the special day when we meet again. I'm so glad that we were able to honor him today as our very special Pet of the Day. I know in your heart he will be the Pet of the Day, every day. Thank you so much for updating us and for posting a few more photos of your adorable little man.

Timothy, what a doll you are! I'm sure you are a lot of fun to have around, and I wouldn't mind it at all if you followed me around my house all day! You are just too cute for words, and it sounds like you have all the love and attention you deserve. Congratulations on being Pet of the Day!

My deepest sympathy to Timothy's human....I hadn't read the previous post's before submitting my first reply, and I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am that your sweet boy is gone. I am sure you have many happy memories of him and that he will forever live on in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thank you so much!
He left a lot of toys, food, boxes, and bedding back here on Earth. I don't know what to do with it because I am not getting any more pets.

I'm so sorry to read about Timothy's passing. I bet he and my black bear hamster, Blackberry, who passed about a year ago, are playing together at the rainbow bridge. Hugs to his person.

You could donate it to your local Humane Society ... or put it up on freecycle.org
