After seeing Buttercups Ivy looking out the window in her pics, I'm wondering a few things.

Do they have the want to be outside and do you take them?
I would imagine they have the hunting instinct so are they happy with the hunt and prey on toys and each other or are daily visits to the great outdoors on the schedule? There's no need to tell me they can't go out by themselves...that's probably why I never see one strolling down the sidewalk alone, lol.

I imagine not in the heat of the day either, but what about sun exposure?

Also, we know they need weekly baths but are they avid groomers? I don't mean a few licks here and there but the real digging in grooming or is it a case of "why clean what isn't there?"?

I have to admit that I never saw anything particularly thrilling about this breed, in fact I was a little stand-offish. After seeing Moosmoms and Buttercups though, I think I've fallen in love, lol. My husband would never consider one so I'd have to get rid of him first, but like it or lump it he pays the bills! ;)

Thank you...

I'm sure every cat has some kind of want of being outside. But they could care less. They've got 4 windows to view from. A floor to ceiling cat tree, window hammock. I have a pet stroller that MooShoo absolutely LOVES. We go for walks around the park, up and down Main Street. He's a real people cat who LOVES attention. I'm hoping little Lexi June will calm down and enjoy the ride some day.

I put a baby SPF on them. Can't remember the brand but we sell it at the store.

The Sphynx is the most unique breed I've ever had the pleasure of being owned by. They're a very loyal breed and very sociable. Mooshoo has his own pillow next to me and is there very single night, with Lexi June curled up right next to him. They have this very unique bond as well. They wrestle with each other, groom each other and are connected in a way that none of my other cats are.

Ivy HATES being outside he is so scared of it. Duck used to like it sometimes when all the people were outside and the other cats were but since we got Ivy he hates being away from him so he's never out with them anymore. When Ducky went outside he would have sunscreen on and a t-shirt to protect him from the sun because they can get sun burn.
Yes they always clean themselves and each other.
