PayPal question....

OK. I am authorized to make payments with my employer's PayPal account. I did one a little over a month ago from his credit card, no problem.

SINCE then, he has decided to hook up his account to his bank account. However, he has not entered the amounts of the two tiny deposits PayPal made in his account to verify that it is working.

BUT - I can't seem to process payments from the credit card while the bank verification is on hold!!!!

Is this normal - or any ideas?

I nagged my boss in an email to get those amounts in there today!

PayPal only allows one transaction method at a time.
Since your boss changed to bank account method the credit card method is a nul and void to use since the bank method is pending.
Once the bank method is authorized then it's business a usual.
