German engineer Jürgen Perthold wanted to know what Mr. Lee, his cat is doing when he's outside, so he build a little cam and fixed it on Mr. Lee's collar. The camera makes one photo per minute, and some of these photos are showing places Mr. Perthold has never seen before; secret way where his cat is roaming! LOL

Check it out, it's interesting! Here's the website: www.mr-lee-catcam.de/ (http://www.mr-lee-catcam.de)

Click "Photo tours - join a day in the life of Mr. Lee ", there are a sample of pics that show the world from the cat perspective. BTW, the pics from the kitty under the car give me a scare!

Wow -- this gives me idea for some of the cameras we have here at work *lol*

Very cute and ingenious 'cats eye view' of the world :)

the pics from the kitty under the car give me a scare!

Me too! And also the snake one!

It's very interesting. When I have a bit more time I'll take a look at the forum.

Skye and Gizzie's views wouldn't be that exciting, they sleep all day. :p

That's really rather neat :).

I CANT SEE THE FOND CATS BEING ALL THAT INTERESTING UNLESS I PUT ONE ON TUBSTER AS HE GOES OUT OCCASIONALLY.
MR LEE CERTAINLY HAS SOME ADVENTURES DOESNT HE.

Pics of my girls' life won't be that interesting either! :D But a while ago, I spoke to my mother and we wondered what Peggy is doing when she's roaming the forest all night. Such a cam would be interesting on her!

Now that was interesting! We've always wanted to put a cam in our house to see what goes on while we're at work. Then we thought better of it cause it really might scare us! :D

What a fun site! My Mum always wanted a tiny camera so she could find out what her cat did all day. I always told her it would be very boring because all he did was walk to the end of the garden and sleep under a bush for four hours, but she always though it would be fascinaing. :D

That is really neat !! Mr. Lee found a lot more interesting things than i figures he would.

I love the "he is getting into professional photagraphy" shots!!! It was funny because I was thinking that about a few pictures!!!!

Scary how close he got to that snake though.. and under all those cars !!

I'm afraid, in addition to the "sleeping all day" pics, I would get extreme close-ups of kitty rear ends! :p Plus a few of birdies in the lemon bushes outside.

Oh Wow! That is so neat! I'd do that to my cat too if I had an outdoor one, but Bobo and Kalypso are complete 100%, never go outside kitties. and I like it that way because then nothing bad can ever happen to them:) But wouldn't it be neat to see where they go, and I really don't like the car picture, it just goes to show that you could go out and start your car and a cat can be up underneath it  Scary thought.

That was really neat! I was actually astonished not only of how close the kitty got to the snake, but the gorgeous shade of blue it was!

Obviously neither posed a threat to each other. :)

Hmmmm... Mr Lee didn't visit the litter box or the food dish all day... my cat's travels would not be anywhere as interesting.
