I got the results from Emma's biopsy back. It's not the pemphigus folieacious like originally thought, its something called EOSINOPHILIC AND GRANULOMATOUS PODODERMATITIS, whatever that is...the vet explained it but I will have to look it up... she got a shot, and has to get another one in 2 weeks, then we have to see if it happens again, if not, then ok, if it does, then she will have to have medicine every other day... the vet did not know what caused it, could be seasonal , or not, just not sure.

as for Patches... his eyes are alot better, but the vet gave him some eye ointment that we have to put in both eyes twice a day for 21 days! poor little guy! but he is very good about it, doesnt scratch or run away, lets us put the stuff in his eyes, then we set him down, and he's his normal happy self again! Charlie and him have to go back to the vet in 3 weeks for their booster shots... sure seeing alot of the vets office!!

here is a pic of Patches I just took a few minutes ago, he is sleeping in a box.

I'm glad that both Emma and Patches are doing well. How is Patches tummy? Did you ask the vet why he's having so much gas?

Wow, toughcookie!! I remember when you first joined PT, you only had Muffin because you had recently lost Cookie. Then you were going to "foster" two young kittens and turned out keeping them (which is the #1 reason I couldn't foster. I'd have a house full of cats by now!) Now you've got two more!!! Both Charlie and Patches are absolutely adorable and I can't believe how big Emma and Louise are! Gee, time really flies. I'm sure your house is buzzing with activity these days with these two new guys around. Hopefully Patches' eyes will clear up soon, and I really don't think there's a problem with his tummy. He must have just eaten something that didn't agree with him and was making him bloated, but I think kittens are like that sometimes that certain parts of them grow faster and the other parts take a little longer to catch up. And there's enough of them now that no one should be left out of the playing. Good luck with all of them and keep the pictures coming as they grow! :)
