Though I haven't watched this program in ages and ages, I was very happy to hear this. I caught a little of the recent dialog between her and her fellow host and once again she chose to be mouthy and argumentative. People view television to escape the stresses of life. Why on earth would anyone tune in a program which adds to it.

I'm also glad she's gone, even though I don't watch the View either.

Woo hoo! It's safe to watch again. I haven't watched it since she's been on it.

Just like the bully she is. She couldn't stand to have someone stand up to her. I sure won't miss her either.

I quit watching it when they put Rosie on there.... depending on who they put in her place, I may start watching it again... I was glad to hear she is leaving.

hehehehehehehe,

I have to agree with what Trump said about her...
She is a disturbed person.

Her statement about the U.S. troops being terrorists was totally irresponsible and she needed to be called on it.

The only reason that she lasted so long on the show is that she was able to
shoot her mouth off without being challenged on what she said.

The real rosie didn't show up on Friday.

She is a bully, a coward and a few other words I can't say.

Buh-bye!

LOLOLOL,

Poor Rosie just said that she will never speak to Liz Hasselbeck again!

And that their arguement made the show look like a Jerry Springer.

At least Springer doesn't pretend to be real!

It takes two to argue. I guess she doesn't know that. She expects everything that she says to go unchallenged. When people challenge her she cries argument. She is incapable of discussion. I certainly hope she just rides off into the sunset. I don't want to have to see her on TV any more. I've had enough.

I was so glad to hear the news that I did something I've never done before. I e-mailed Barbara Walters.

I found a link to her e-mail at: http://abc.go.com/daytime/theview/index.html and let her know that I thought it was a good thing and that I might, just might start watching again.

I told her that, Yeah, I know your ratings have been up, but people will slow down to watch a car wreck! So, I don't think it's necessarily a good thing. And if she wanted the show to become like Jerry Springer, she should invite Rosie back!

She'll probably never read it, but it sure made me feel better to write.
