For the company baseball team I'm now Just the catcher!
I cannot throw the ball far at all & it hurts when I try. I've had both whrists broken & both shoulders partly disslocated... so when I try to throw hard, I pop & snap!
So as catcher, its not a big deal that I cannot throw, as I'm only throwing it to the pitcher. I suck at batting, but that can get better, just cannot hit it with a whole lot of power.
I was talking to Matt the team captin (my only work partner...we share a giant cubicle) he said he'll make that my spot. He knows what my ex did to me & hes seen me come a long way from not talking to being onthe company team! Hes so sweet all the time. Love my co-workers!!
I'm missing todays game, my boss isn't happy, I got a dirty look & he walked away... he doesn't know why I'm really not playing today, I made it up... I cannot play during that time of the month :( I will if I have to, as there MUST be a min of 3 females/team/game or its auto loose... So if I'm needed I'll play, don't wanna loose our chance to playing in the finals!
SO I'm quite happy :D
I'm staying lat to make sure all the females show up, then I'm going home. I gave Matt my cell, so if someone bailed or was a no-show I can run to my car & get in the game. at 5:40 I'm goin home :P
