I never missed an episode, although I wasn't too excited about some recent ones. But I thought the finale was awesome! I tried picking a favorite character, but I love them all for different reasons. I nearly jumped up and down when Hurley saved the day! But call me braindead...I got a bit confused at the end..like "Huh?"
Maybe I can get some housework done now that AI and Lost and some of my usual shows are over for the summer. :p

I just wonder if these "flashbacks" are a prelude of what's to come... I mean like what the flashbacks have been for the past two seasons. I wonder if that's what we should expect for this coming season. Different. I have that much to say about it.
*sniffle* Yeah... I can't say anything with out it being a spoiler. ...Still... shoulda seen that coming. Even knowing it was going to happen didn't lessen the blow. Still... what happened ... what? last season... should have been foreshadowing.
but yeah... that ending had me going "huh?"
And i think they've overcome one problem just to give themselves another one to solve. ...which will make for having another whole season from what seems like it would have wrapped up in two more episodes.

I love Hurley. He's so funny. The final episode was excellent! I haven't missed a single episode and I can't wait until the new season is out. It's just such an interesting show. It always keeps me guessing :)

Yeah, fellow LOST fans!!! I am addicted to that show and am so sad that we have to wait all the way to Januaray for more!!! Nothing will ever compare with that show and perish the thought when its all over!!
My hubby and I were trying to figure out the ending last night, and we have some opinions on it...so if you have not watched the episode yet, do not read the following, don't want to spoil anything...
We initially thought that Jack with the beard, was him prior to the plane crash and it was flashbacks, but really I do think they are giving a glimpse of what the future holds...and Kate mentioned I have to get back to "him" or "he's" gonna wonder where I am, when they were talking outside, so maybe her and Sawyer did get together after they got rescued. Jack made mention of his alive father at one point ( the bearded Jack ;)...so my husband said something about the fact that his fathers casket was on the plane when it crashed, but maybe he is on the island somewhere and is alive, since the island has special powers and is mysterious, and maybe they have yet to find him. Maybe Charlie will get healed by the island, who knows...there is always hope, right? That was sad :( I too had tears, Anna.
Anyway, that finale rocked!!! We have it taped and plan to watch it again, to see any hidden stuff we may have missed.
My cousin told me some interesting things that I did not pick up on about previous episodes...
When Locke went into the submarine to put explosives in it to blow it up...well, when he came up onto the dock out of the submarine, he was wet. Why would he have been wet, if he was inside the sub? Maybe he took the submarine somewhere and hid it, and swam back to the dock and then blew up the dock instead, making everyone believe he blew up the submarine...i dunno, its a possibility and I thought it was interesting.
Also, when Jacob was on the TV, we did not see anything in the chair, but on a website that my cousin visited, apparently, there was super quick glimpse, split second of an actual man sitting in that chair...could have been the website making it up, we had deleted the episode, but i think we will check on that...anyway, if its true, it just goes to show the hidden things that are in the episodes that we may miss each week...
Hurley was awesome!!! The finale was everything I hoped it would be!!

The 'flashbacks' were the future. That's why Kate was there and Jack said that they 'needed to go back' Can't wait til the next season! I love this show!

I too thought the finale was awesome! Hurley saving the day was the best!

I hadn't noticed that Locke was wet when he was on the dock. That's certainly interesting.
Here is a clip on youtube of Jacob in the chair- http://youtube.com/watch?v=H1TK69EBUac (If you pause the clip 11 seconds into it you can see Jacob a bit more easily.

The finale was amazing, but I spent over half of it bawling my eyes out. I cried when Jack told Kate he loved her, and cried when Charlie died, and the ending made me cry as well.
I can't believe we have to wait so long for Season 4, I'm going to go nuts.

I loved the ending, but that "flashback" was crazy, but yet for me i don't ship them, i liked it. I was crying SO hard when charlie died. I loved the ending though, i cried when i though sayid, jin and the dentist got shot, but they were fine. I wanted BEN to die, but he didn't i was mad.

Yeah I cried when I thought Sayid, Jin, and Bernard were dead as well. And me, too. Stupid Ben.. *slams head against desk*

I also cried when I thought Sayid & Jin died; I've never seen the dentist on it much except one other time I think....
It was SO sad when Charlie died! I really liked him and that made me cry too... I felt sad for Claire. She had no idea what happened.
I really don't know who my fav. is either...I really like them all. My favorite girls on it are Kate & Claire for sure, but I don't know about the guys. I guess Jack & Sawyer have to be some of my favorites....but I like Sayid, Esmond & Charlie too!
I know! hurley saved the day! It was awesome ;)
I thought the finale was neat too.

I loved the finale. I'm going to have to watch it again as I didn't realize the flashbacks were really flash-forwards until the end. Did anyone else notice when Charlie was drowning, Claire's baby Aaron started crying a lot? He could sense that Charlie was in danger.
I loved it that Alex finally met her mother, but think it's creepy that Ben is her father - EWWWW! It seems like Ben is somehow "king" of the island and is controlling everything, or trying to.
I, too, didn't actually see Jacob and thought it was weird to see those images on the 'net. I'll have to go back to ABC's website to view that episode again.
I hate that they're going to make us wait until next January or is it February before the next season starts. That SO far away.
