Tehya's new toy...pics

[Glacier]

I bought Tehya a rope/tennis ball toy a few days ago. She plays with only when she can't get any of the big dogs to play with her or when Anvik hides in his doghouse to get away from her! She is relentless! All these were taken through my picture windowat about 9pm so they aren't as sharp as I'd like, but she quit playing if I opened the door. I do love that continuous burst shooting mode!

I was thinking about her tonight at the dogpark, (there was a young border collie & a 5-month old border-mix pup, just as cute & friendly as could be). We have another newcomer with a "Tehya" at the park now too.

Such a cool series of shots! The first thought that I had when I saw new toy was "She must have moved on from Anvik", but the toy sounds like a substitute while he rests. :) She looks likes she's grown up a bunch recently.

I'd say you are getting your money's worth out of that toy.

I don't know what it is. In the first shots, she is definitely prancing and playing. But something in her posture changes after she knows she has an audience, and she really hams it up for the camera!
