Awwwwww!

I don't know what I'm gonna do without Mike in the fall, and we'll only be two hours apart.. I'll be in Columbus, and he'll be in Cleveland.. I'll still be in college and he'll be a college graduate on June 7th.

Hey, Me too! My reaction is a little different than yours though! No water works, I'm actually looking forward to it a little. Stuart will be gone starting next week for 23 days, then home for five and gone for another 23. Repeat pattern until at least the end of October and start again every April for the next three years(assuming this year goes well.) He'll be in a mining camp 6 hours from here(if you could drive there, which you can't)

Think of it as a nice break for the both of you. You get to do a bunch of things you normally wouldn't do when he's home. You can wear your jammies all day if you want!! Then you get to look forward and count down the days until he is back. Plan a special welcome home supper, etc. You'll be so busy the time will fly by and next thing you know, he will be back.

Are you not supposed to do that when he's home? :p I get in my jammies as soon as I get home and if I'm not leaving the yard on the weekends, I stay in them all day! I have a vast collection of jammies!

As do I :p

Jammies are underrated as clothing fashion..........we need to reform thinking about them........start a grass roots thing "Jammies All Day That's the Way"

Husky_mom - being hubbyless is not anything I ever liked either but there are bennies. Maybe we can help you think of things to pass the time. Let's see - you already heard about eating icecream all to yourslef and watching a movie...hmmm....how about................

*calling out for pizza just the way you like it...
*wandering around in the drugstore and picking out some fun new make-up
*buying some new magazines or a new book and staying up as late as you want reading

How about more ideas?? :D

Queenofpoop: I wish I could wear jammies but unfortunately I work part time, dang, but Iīll be sure to do my things when I want them how I want them hehe
sirrahbed: nice thoughts there....... I might as well go window shopping ALL day with no one hassling me for taking too long and buying nothing LOL, I could sure use a new pair of shoes.......

you guys are awesome!! I love you!!....... Iīm flipping this idea in my mind about a "Feather Fest"...... letting the birdies a free roam for a LOOONG time...

You can hang out with friends more, buy some new clothes, and other VERY nice things...a budgie sounds good. :D

I'm sure it'll be fine, you may miss hubby, but you can always call one another. :) Stick around PT more too!

Take long baths with a facial mask on. Pamper yourself with gel socks worn to bed so you wake up with oh-so-soft feetsies that you will then get pedicured ;) Do lots of girlie stuff. The feather fest sounds like fun too - just don't get feathers in the ice cream! :D ;)
