Oh Tilly, you precious baby. You remind me of one of my babies, Champagne, that every time I conquered one of his health problems, something else happened. But he lived to be a happy 15 year old boy. :D You will be around a long time. You are very lucky to have a Mommy and Daddy that cares so much for you.
