Billy kept my seat warm for me one day, for about 4 minutes, before deciding to return to my room.

Another time, Dad was holding Billy. Sugar is rather jealous of ALL my cats. If you have a cat in your lap, this is what happens:

As you can tell, neither of the guys was thrilled with her arrival!

That last one with your Dad holding Billy and a jealous Sugar in his lap is priceless! I don't knw why they can't understand the more the merrier and there is room for everybody.... Unless the dog is a big dog!

Yup, Sugar is a rescued bichon frise. She lived in the home of a breeder who owns a puppy mill, as a breeding machine for 9 years. :eek: She got better treatment and care because hse was the family pet. Rescue got her out, spayed, and in a foster home. We adopted her, she arrived last Dec 9th. She is doing great! That pic you are remembering, that was when Billy arrived, probably. (Although I get shots of Dad with ALL the pets now and then.) That would have been 3 weeks ago, see here.

Billy is definitely starting to settle in, finding the cosy spots, enjoying cuddles by your dad, and learning to ignore Sugar. My favorite photo is of Ebony, simply because I adore black cats. She looks very glossy and didn't she find a background that would suit her colouring!
