Is it really 4 years already?

*Sigh* It's 1201am on April 3 and 4 years to the day I had to send my beloved, precious, sweet, awesome, big galoot, Cody to his job at the Bridge.

I know there are so many of you who know exactly how I feel. His spirit is with me always, his photos are everywhere and poor Logan gets called Cody all the time. Of course, it's an honor although she tilts her head "You talkin' to ME"?

April is a stinky month for me. April 2, the day before Cody left, I was laid off and this April 5 will be one year that my left wrist was almost severed. Hmmm. maybe I'll hibernate, just to be safe.

Keep up the good work, Codymeister, watching over and guarding all our kids at the Bridge! I know they're all safe and happy in your care! You were given a special honor and I'm so proud of you!
