This is our new 8 week old Chocolate Lab pup, Ruby :) She's such a cutie!!

We have been lucky so far- Ruby goes into her crate at 11pm and sleeps peacefully until 6am. She only whined the first night for less than 5 minutes! My other four kitties are not so impressed with her- they avoid her like the plague- but Jack likes to curl up with her and sleep :)

Anyways, sorry to go on- I'm just so excited to have a new furbaby!

She is adorable! I had to double take that second picture, I thought for sure she didn't have a tail in it! LOL :D

What a doll. We have a Ruby as well but she is a hamster.

Ruby is so adorable! Wow, what a good girl she is for sleeping that long! What a little sweetie, looking forward to watching her grow! :) Chocolate labs are my favorite color.

Oh, she is adorable. I had to keep going back to the picture of her and Jack looking for the tail too. I was thinking...I've never seen a lab without a tail before. LOL :D

Oh my, she is a sweetie!!!

Hint - keep all your cats' nails clipped short for the next few weeks, to limit any damage they may do as they "train" her.

You have lots of fun ahead!

Tooo cute! She's adorable! I can smell the puppy breath through the computer. :)

I am glad you went with the lab versus the husky-I think it was a very good decision, I hope you think so too!

We are VERY happy we made the decision to get a Lab- I absolutely adore her! Shes such a gentle puppy, and very intelligent. I'll be glad when the weather warms up here so she can get outside more, we've had bitterly cold winds and snow pretty much since I brought her home.

She does look tail-less in that picture, I never noticed it before lol. her little tail is like a propeller when she gets excited- I'm expecting her to lift off like a model plane one of these days :D

Thank you for the kind words- I will post more pics as she grows- we are so proud of her! :)

Okay, when I opened this thread I expected to see cute, but I wasn't prepared to see That Cute! Ruby is absolutely adorable. I can see why you are so excited to show her off. I am just as excited to see more puppy pics of her. :)
