How come so many of these posts on dog breeds have all these "star ratings"? Do people just keep clicking the rate button? Or can you only vote once?:confused:

I tried it out on this thread. It would only let me vote once. I selected a five stars. If you were to pick the one star rating, it would average the votes to three stars.

I think the star rating is supposed to let others know whether the thread is a good one or a flop, without having to read it. The rating system doesn't seem to be used all that much.
