Can you believe someone considered this scrumptious snack nothing more than garbage? :( I trapped her yesterday from a colony I know she did NOT belong in. Tucked her in, gave her her FVRCP shot, and wormed her. She is scared, but tucks her peach paws in, and allows me to pat her all over. I think she's only about 7 months old judging from her teeth. OK..PICS! :)

Am I not the loveliest Flame Point Siamese that you've ever seen?

Poor little girl won't lie on the soft bedding I gave her. :(

No name yet, but I'm sure I'll think up the purrfect one soon. I can't understand how anyone could throw away such a treasure!

What a beautiful girl! Reminds me of Starr or an older Saki.
How wonderful you brought her in! I am sure she will be purring and headbumping soon, once she knows she is safe and loved!
It's okay, Baby Girl! You have a Meowmie now to make it all better! :D

"Oh, what fools these mortals be!"
She is fabulous but that white fur would have made her stand out dangerously on the streets. Her coloring is almost exactly the same as my Simka who died last year at 19. I hope this girl has as long, loved and healthy a life.
Thank you for scooping her up, Jan. Someone is going to be very lucky to adopt this calm beauty.

I agree someone will be very lucky to have this little girl in their lives. :) She's even prettier today (if that's possible) as she let me wipe the 'sleep' out of the corners of her eyes. Sorry the pics are so huge....but it does make her almost lifesized lol!

Her long lost tabby cousin, Gracie Mae says she likes the name Buttercup. ;)
Jan she is beautiful. She is very lucky that you found her. She will come around to you in no time.

Jan she is gorgeous!!! Only a fool could consider that baby trash and toss her away and what a lucky woman you are for finding such a treasure. I really like the name Peaches for her could be short for Peaches and Cream cause that is what her coat reminds me of.

Oh my! She's gorgeous! I love her nose-liner :) How about Peaches for a name as you've already said she has peach paws - and she does!

She is beautiful! You could name her Cinnamon or Ginger, since her points look like those colors.

What a gorgeous girl she is, and so lucky you grabbed her. :) How sad that she doesn't want to lay on the soft blankets, she must have had a rough time out there. :( But she will soon find out she can relax with you.
I think the name Peach fit her well. Hope she finds a loving forever home! :)

Well..she may just have the perfect home in store for her! My dear cat loving friend (Jan) has already inquired about the kitten. I'm sure her hubby Doug would agree with another kitty from me lol! They have several of my rescues already, and "Special Ed" is from the same colony that I snagged this girlie from. Of course "Speddie" would never have survived if I didn't find him (his still born littermate :( ) and his mama still giving birth on cold tar under a porch. Plus he's a cerebellar hypoplasia baby. So if it works out, she'll move in with a whole bunch of spoiled and loved kitties. :D And I see them all the time.... :D
No hisses from this little girl yet, but she's quite traumatized by whatever happened to her on the mean streets. :(

I made sure Mike saw this Yetta look a like and he thinks you should name her Yetta.. (I knew he would) He could not believe somebody dumped that beautiful baby on the streets.
They are trapping tonight for spay day at LSU tomorrow. Last spay day they S/N 52 cats. He is really into this trapping now. I did a web search for Pansacola, Florida when we got back from getting Kitty Boo and they have a really large S/N neuter program going on over there. Sis has a friend that feeds the strays in her neighborhood and takes in the ones she can and very few are fixed so she is going to get a lot of them fixed now.

My Creamsicle is a CH baby and she had no problems fitting in and no problems w/letting others in after her. She has an extreme case of it and she's deaf and partially blind to boot. But you'll never find a happier, more sweet tempered cat. Even people who generally don't care for cats love her. It's as though my fur posse knew she was special when she came to us and they all treat her w/respect. And she loves everyone, as well. So your new kitty should have no problems fitting in w/her new family. :)
Blessings,
Mary

She is a beauty, Jan! Whoever abandoned that little girl deserves to be put out in this extreme cold and left to fend for themselves to see what this poor cat had to suffer through. Hopefully she'll soon realize that she's safe now and she doesn't have to be afraid anymore. If only poor kitty could talk to you and tell you what happened while she was left on her own. But maybe we don't want to know all the horrible details. Anyway, would you give her lots of smoochies, hugs, and scritchies to let her know she has already stolen my heart?

Well the good news is "Clementine" will be a Valentine! My friend Jan has been thinking about this baby since I sent her the thread, and she wants her. :D I'm keeping Clementine here for a quarantine period as she was from an area that I know panleuk. has been in. "Special Ed" is a ch kitty that Jan & Doug adopted from me, and he came from the same location. Can't risk her going to the best home in the world, and getting sick if she was exposed in any way. Panleuk. is a hardy virus that doesn't freeze, burn....and can stay in soil etc. for up to 10 years. Too bad we can't Clorox the world and kill off panleuk. Here's Clementine's soon to be brother Special Ed!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v128/QueenScoopalot/SpecialEd1.jpg
His mother was giving birth to him when I came across her last June (?). One was stillborn, and the other kitten died within a few hours of birth, but Special Ed survived. He can't walk a straight line, but boy can he run! He is totally spoiled and adored by Jan & Doug...as are their other kitties many rescued by guess who? :D

When I was manager of that cafeterina, I had a lady that worked for me named Clementine, we called her "Teen" so I already am fond of that name. Gald she has a name but does her soon to be new Mommie like it and plan on keeping it?
I LOVE Special Ed. He is just to adoreable with those innocent eyes. I am thrilled to hear another CH kitty has a good home... they are sweetier than words can describe.

Laura, Jan (the soon to be new meowmie of Clementine) loves the name, so I think it will stick. And precious Special Ed will accept Clementine without any problems. All Jan & Dougs kitties are wonderful, and accept newcomers very well...except the Queen Bee "Cleo". I just scooped up yet 2 more that seemed to have been dumped in a cemetary. Leave it to me to drive that way..I usually don't! Is someone up there driving my car? I have to dash with them as hopefully they're heading to a shelter via my friend Cindy. I'll tell ya'll that 'tail' later...never ever ends *sigh* Oh yeah...bring camera.. ;)
Lori...everyone says I should write a book about my crazy rescue stories..but I'm too busy rescuing lol!
