I wasn't sure what to title this. Keva is 4 months old. I take her to work with me every day right now because I don't think she can hold it for that long. I'm usually gone about 9-4, so about 7 hours, (usually 5 days per week) I don't live close enough or have a long enough break to come home in between that. What age should she be able to hold it long enough to stay in her crate at home? Nebo stays in his crate when I'm at work and he's fine, he just sleeps and chews on his kong, but he's an adult dog. They of course have plenty of time to play in the house/yard when I get home.

I would say 6-7 months. A general rule is that they can hold it for an hour longer than their age in months. So now, she should be able to hold it for 5 hours, at 6 months she should be able to hold it 7 hours, etc.
