I love full moons! The dogs and I went Moonlight Mushing tonight. I'm not sure what it is about running at night, but the dogs love it! They were a hardworking little team tonight! Probably our fastest run of the year on this particular trail(15km). These pictures are unedited except for resizing. Taken with my Stylus 800 on the "available light" setting. I love that setting! It is the most frequently used pre-set mode on my camera!

On the way home, taking in the night while we crossed the lake. The dogs were Sundin-Paxil, Ozzy-Pacer, Chase-Franklin. The little red lights are LED collars. They don't actually help us see where we are going, but they help snowmobilers see us coming!

The blurry thing in front of the team is Mac. Mac discovered he could get over the fence again tonight. Must move some snow away from the fenceline in one spot! I haven't let him run loose with us for awhile. He was a very good boy and did not freak me out by disappearing into the forest!
If it stays clear all week, I may not take any daylight runs!
