At last my country is doing something to stop the population of homeless dogs. They opened a free, yes totally free clinic to spay female dogs so they won't be any homeless dogs wondering around :D.

That's awesome....it really is tragic that the homeless pet problem is world wide. I'm glad to hear that they are being proactive in Chile.

Yeah, and the worse was that because they had no home they used to turn over rubbish bins and eat from there which masde the city look ugly and worse was that they had fleas and ticks and other stuff that could harm people.

I don't know if the cats can also be spayed in that clinic, well, let's hope that they can be spayed!
