Reader's Digest is asking web site visitors to vote for their everyday hero of the year:

Another group suggested I vote for Nathan Winograd, who gave up his corporate lawyer position to run a no-kill shelter.

But...I found all their stories remarkable. I haven't voted yet...can't decide.

All the stories are great. I ended up voting for the animal lover. My heart wouldn't let me not vote for him. He's doing exactly what I always wanted to do. I'm so impressed that he's actually made it happen. What a great guy!! :)
