Actually he is terrified of his wheel. o.o He had a wheel in the petstore that i got him from. When I went to put him away after out taming session I tried to put him on his wheel. He climbed up my arm and jumped into the tank onto his wooden tube. I put a treat in the wheel and he tried to grab the treat with out touching the wheel...I don't get it.

Is the wheel the same as the one he had is his cage at the petstore???

No they ahd a mesh wheel I have a silent spinner...do you think i should get a mesh one if he doesn't start using this one soon?

Thanks :D He went on his wheel and sat there so at least he is getting used to it. He let me pick him up today while taming and he hid in my pocket for a second :D I love him so much.

Congratulions again!
I agree with just waiting out on the wheel... on whether to change it or not. Sometimes it takes a week or more for mice to get adjusted to new things in their cages.
