Yes, probably some kind of UTI, or a stone, or something. If not, than maybe an incontinence problem (weak bladder) although you see that more in females than males. A vet visit is in order-they'll probably do a urinalysis and/or an ultrasound of the bladder.

Definitely go see a vet ;). My Clover (Rotti x, 8 yrs old) is having bladder troubles and is possibly going to go on hormones in the near future, unless i can find a natural treatment. We thought UTI aswell but no infection was found when she went to the vets yesterday.
