My rescue - Millie

Hi all I am relatively new you can see my introduction on the intro section.

I have a rescue called Millie my Jack Russell found her when we were returning from our walk about a year ago. She is a mixed breed terrier and when we were returning from our walk about this time last year he (Jack my Jack Russell) wanted to go to the far side of the road into a hedge/ditch (I live in the countryside in Ireland). He kept tugging at his leash and eventually I decided to bring him over.

When we got there I saw a black refuse sack and heard a very week cry coming from it and Jack went at it and pulled it apart to show 4 puppies all of the same kind 3 dead and 1 living (our Millie). I immediately took the bag and the living puppy (well wrapped in a blanket) to the vets and he checked her over and kept the dead ones. The vet then sent Millie home with me and we ahve her ever since.

First thank God you found her, she is sooooooooo sweet, and 2nd, why do people do that to another living,breathing creature, do they have so little regard for life that they just throw it in a ditch and walk away w/o any backward thought, I can never understand that.
