I'm new here and have a question about my Boston Terrier. We recently purchased him and I've just noticed that his skin is very bumpy where his whiskers come out. We've never owned a dog before so I'm not sure what to think. TIA.
It's the white bumpy looking places (he is wrestling with the kitten :) )

That is very normal. :) Alot of breeds commonly get that -- boxers are another that come to mind. My friend named his boxer Cindy, after Cindy Crawford, because of her "moles."

Those are just moles I have a pug and the Boston Terrier is very similar to the pug. Most dogs have moles it's just on some they aren't visable. Curly (my pug) has them all over and having moles on breeds like ours is considered a good thing in shows. Your doggy is fine don't worry! :D

Wolfsoul is right, but I would have it checked especially since you just got him. It could even be mites but you wont know unless you go to the vet.
Mites start where there was moisture, and the face is full of moisture. I would have a skin scrap at the vet just to be sure. okay?
