Gizmo is gone :( [Archive]

I haven't posted in here in quite a while, so I am very sorry to come for a 'shoulder' when I haven't been around.
Gizmo was missing for 11 days, and we found him today in my neighbors backyard. I am soo sad for my baby. I am most certain he died quickly, but I wish I could have been with him to comfort him. I am so terribly sad right now. I am going to buy a memorial statue of some sort in the morning and put it over him, and plant some catnip around his grave as well. He loved his nip ;) I am going to miss him so! He was such a little vocal, loving kitty. You know, he was the one who rescued himself and his brothers from 'the field' where my hubby found them. He was and is an angel.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Gizmo was a very handsome cat! Any idea what happened?

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Gizmo. He was so beautiful. We bought a memorial stone for our Leo (passed away 8/12/06) from www.sandcarvedcreations.com, and we love it - it is a wonderful tribute to him and made very well. RIP and play at the bridge, sweet Gizmo.

First off, there is no need to be sorry that you haven't been around for some time and to be posting about the loss of your Gizmo. Our shoulders are always here for you or anyone that needs them.

Secondly, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Gizmo. May the loving memories comfort you and help you overcome the pain.

Unfortunately yes, I am pretty sure a dog must have gotten him :( .

We are soory to hear of Gizmos passing.
He was such a Hnadsome Cat, and even while a Pet Angel who travels the World misses you very much.
He says listen for me and Ill be there.

I'm so very sorry for your loss of Dear sweet Gizmo.What a horrible thing that a dog could do to such a great Creature.Cats are the greatest creature on this earth(I believe anyway)and whichever dog did this (I believe should be indoors or on a leash with a PERSON on the other end of it and NOT tied up)
Accually if it were my cat I'd probably bring the person to court to have the dog put down and NOW I'm going to get a lot of people mad at me at Pettalk but so be it.
