Here are my rescues:
Cocoa:
My dad's friend was going to put him down for no reason so we volunteered to take him in. He's the sweetest chocolate lab. He is now 2 years old and is about to move in with my brother where he can be an only dog.
Triskit and Scout:
A guy came by because he saw we had dogs, asked if we wanted them because he was going to shoot them or drown them. So we took them. They are now 1 year old. Scout loves puppies and he'll let them crawl all over him. He recently let my 2 month old nephew, Nathan, sit on his back. Triskit is very shy and sweet.
Whino and Daphney:
Mom found them huddled in the middle of the road. Just a couple of little puppy terriers that would be easily ran over. She planned to find them homes but fell in love. They are now 2 years old and they both have a very bad habit of sitting on top of the car. Daphney loves to swim but we have to watch her now because she has seizures.
Minnie:
Was dropped off by our house from a moving vehicle. Lucky she survived. We cleaned her up, treated her mange, and she is getting fixed this Saturday. She is now 5 months (estimated) One hear stands up and the other lays down which makes her look very adorable.
