We are all just relaxing today because I was helping my best friend move yesterday and my back went completely out. It hurts sooooo bad! :(

Thank you. Yeah it is a pain. She helped me move twice in the last 6 months (I moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom) so I helped her. I lifted her night stand and that was all she wrote. It hurts so bad. :(

Oh gosh, how I can relate to putting your back out. Try sitting in a hot bath, putting a heating pad on it and take some Advil or Motrin. I hope it feels better real soon.
