Animal Cruelty a felony in Washington State.............
It's a FELONY in the state of Washington to intentionally abuse &/or kill an animal (so worded for cattle ranchers, dairy farms, egg farms, and research labs to avoid charges)
But it's a step in the right direction!

Oh! I remember the Pasado case........so sad and angry.
I was not aware there was a sanctuary, so thanks for letting me/us know. I will have to drive up there some time, and it's so close!
