Of course im in love with the lab, im plaining on getting another one in about 4 or 5 months, but i just dont know what color! I have coco and Cainan, both black and i think this time i would like to go different with chocolate or the yellow/white(i really like the white, white) but the chocolate is so pretty! Does anyone have helpful tips on the different in personalities or anything like that?!?

A lab is a lab...the only difference between the different colors is the COLOR! Lol, the personalites aren't different from color to color, generally.

Another puppy in 4-5 months  Wow, I definitely don't envy you :p Please don't take this the wrong way, but in my opinion owning 3 dogs all under the age of one (especially higher energy dogs!) would be crazy!Especially with them all around the same age you couldn't dedicate (in my opinion) enough time into training and socializing that dog the best you can. Or even once they get older and you have to care for 3 geriatric dogs  Don't get me wrong, I have a pair of siblings, and then later went out and got two more dogs. So I have a 10 year old, two 4 year olds and two 2 year olds...if I could go back and do it again I would have spaced them out a bit more (all about 2 years apart or so) so I could have spent more time individually training and socializing them. I know I made a mistake and will definitely not do it again!!

oh i definately think so too, i mean i want to spend more than enough time socializing and spending enough time with each! thats why im going to wait a while, 4 to 5 months is just a range i threw out there, i dont know if ill even find what i want in 6 or 7 months! there is also two people living in my house, not just me, so it makes caring for them a bit easier! there's always one of us here during the day time with them and both of us at night when we go to the park together, it all seems to work out very well! even though (dont tell me boyfriend) i seem to be doing ALOT more then he does and he gets mad when i ask him to take to do more then fill their water bowl! so i guess im being a huge hypacrite to what i said in the first few lines or so! but anyways what im trying to say is, when we get to that date a little later ill see how well the other two are doing on their commands and such and then decide! but thanks for ur truth about the fact! :)

i would think they are all the same too, but i've heard a variety of things i suppose! i have this book about labs saying that yellow and choc. have the most personality and say absolutely nothing about black, but to tell you the truth coco has the most personality in a dog i've ever seen, so who knows i guess haha!
