Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron

Has anyone seen the movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron? I saw it and it was a really good movie. I reccommed animal lovers (and horse lovers) to see it!:) It can get very sad at times, too.

Haven't seen that one but will certainly look for it! I hope it doesn't have a sad ending though....:(

I was searching for screenshots from the last unicorn three weeks ago when I came upon a site dedicated for that movie... And my God, I WANT TO SEE IT SO BADLY!!!!

Problem is I don't live in America, so I don't even know if it'll come out here in Sweden (I doubt it, the only cartoons that make it over to Sweden are Disney ones), and IF it does come out here it'll have horrible Swedish dubbing because "it's a childrens movie"...

HEY! I looked up if it comes out in sweden on a website, and it does! It comes out on August 23, 2002! At least you get to see it now!!!!!! :) And actually there is not much talking in the movie cuz the horses dont talk, there is just a narrator that says his thoughts. :)

My boyfriends nice brother might actually buy me the DVD when it comes out and ship it over here, and I could play it on my boyfriends laptop... So I might get to see it earlier :D

Sam....What a coincidence! After reading this post, last evening, I saw on TV a special about the "real" wild Mustang "Spirit" and the making of the annimated movie! What a wonderful story, and what a magnificent horse!!! I really can't wait to see it now. It is amazing how well the movie captures the essence and physical beauty of the "real" Spirit!:)

Hey that is so cool! I actually met the girl online who's the horse for the model of spirit is her horse's uncle. :)The horse is so beautiful, and the movie is a very beautiful story. :)

If I remember it well,twenty years ago,more o less,there was a movie with the same title and the same history,but whith real horses and real humans on it.
