My dogs get raw bones 3-4 times a week as a treat and to clean their teeth, but usually all the get is one of those soup/marrow bones (Not sure what exactly they're called, as I've heard them called all different things) and they've had a chicken neck a few times but there's got to be something else they can have, I just don't know what. Could they have a chicken or turkey leg? beef ribs maybe? or are things like that only good for raw meals? Thanks for any suggestions :)

Nope, they can have anything a raw fed dog could have. :) Pork ribs would be good for teeth cleaning. I personally stay away from beef bones because they are so dense, but beef ribs are good at cleaning teeth. Just watch them. Beef ribs are only partially edible for most dogs.
