Excess Hair???

Okay Iknow this will gross some of you out, but I periodically check my dogs Poo just to make sure things are in order. Well I have been noticing lately that there is alot of his hair in it. Is that a bad thing??? Just wondering why???

I know Belle's will get like that if she's shedding; for some reason she likes to lick herself like a cat, especially when shedding. I just try to keep up better with brushing it out, so that she won't swallow any more than can be avoided. It seems to help some.
