One of my male rats (he's almost 4 months old or so now) has a vet appoitment tomorrow at 10am for whatever illness he has to be diagnosed.
Basically, he seemed fine this morning, but about an hour ago, I went to feed them and all, and Sid wasn't acting well at all. He acted like he couldn't help but lean, and he can't walk straight.
HERE (http://health.ratzrus.co.uk/illnesses/circling.htm) is a page that tells what the possibilities of what could be causing this.
Of course, I hope its something mild, but thats all I can do, is hope.
He can eat and drink, and I separated him from the other guys and put him in a cage of his own with no levels at which he could loose his balance from. I also put his food so that he doesn't have to struggle to reach for it, same for his water.
Just watching him try to walk pains me.
All I ask is for you all to keep him in your thoughts in you don't mind.

Thanks, you all. :)
He's still got problems with walking, but he's coping pretty well. Today we went to wal-mart and got him his favorite flavor of babyfood and he ate quite a bit of it. Tonight I'll put Garber in his cage so he won't be lonely (Garber is VERY gentle) and tomorrow we're off to the vet!
I'm rather nervous of what the outcome will be, but I'll just hope for the best.

UPDATE:

As I was hoping, he just has an inner ear infection. :D Very happy. Actually, its either that, or he hit his head on something. We got some Meds, and if he's better in 3 or so days, then it was an ear infection. And there is a possibilities that it may take 3 weeks.
In the meantime, he can't be around the big boys (Otto & Ven) so I will schedule times where he can play with Garber. (Garb is sooo gentle with everything). He also can't have any fun toys to climb on, and for now, just needs to rest.
Thanks again for all your positive thoughts! I will make a picture thread for all my rats within the next two days or so... and of course, I'll keep you all updated on his road to recovery.

He says that he's glad to be home, and hates the way my BIL drove while he was in the car^^. He also hates his meds, but he knows they'll help so he swollows it all like a good boy (also because he knows I'll give him his favorite babyfood if he does).
