Today as I was cleaning up the yard, I found some interesting things...sticks, a small piece of a plastic squeeky toy, and a a bit of rope bone (both toys were taken away about a week ago, so maybe what finally passed was some of Cincy's early problems..)
with so many of us having incedents recently and being on patrol, i just wondered what some of the more unusal things we haven't heard about have been...
And I knew Jennifer would love a whole thread about POOP :p

Our puppy Ginger likes to eat anything, but what I found in her poop recently was pieces of cotton swabs (Q-tips). I am glad they made it through her system without problems. They are put up on a counter now, so she cannot get to them, hopefully.

We have had lots of fuzzy poops.....the inards of the toys! , plus we've been known to have colorful poops too, with bits of plastic from toys too! Those girls will eat anything! LOL!! :D
If you ever get the Booda bones for your pups and you pick out the carrot flavored ones (bright orange in color!) you will find out that they come out exactly as they go in! :o :o (But it did make locating things a little easier! :D)

The other day I picked up some that had fuzzy Smurf colors in it (blue and white) and I can't for the life of me figure out what it was because she doesn't have any toys with those colors. There were also some hard white plastic bits.
My previous golden (RB) ate one of my MIL's 14k gold earrings. We had to follow her around the yard for 3 days before it made its "appearance."
And, one time my neighbor's dog pooped out a ... ahh ... ummm ... feminine hygiene mini pad. Makes you wonder!

When we first got Presley xmas eve she didn't get into anything that night. But the next day she spent some of the day downstairs with us. We had about 10 people over for dinner and stuff. 2 young kids, Well the kids were walking back and forth with homemade goodies and dropping the red napkins.. Well at dinner time we sat down at the table to eat and after dinner i went to get presley to take her out for a pee and there was shredded napkins everywhere. She had red poops the next bit...
She always has fuzzy poops cause she pulls the fuzzys off her toys...

LOL!!! This gave me such a laugh. It reminded me of when I worked for an insurance company. On the first Friday of the month, we had treat day. On lady brought a 'red velvet cake'. It is made using a LOT of red food color. She had half the office thinking they were dying because of the color of their poop!!! :D

LOL!!! Like I said I will never live that down will I!!! Actually, I have never found anything in Duncan's p**p...the mysterious sticks never appeared or they were so small that I missed them? I have to admit though that once he started eating normal and the diarrhea (YUCK!) went away, I wasn't as diligent in my "patrol" duties as I could have been!
P**p is by far my least favorite dog-owning responsibility....I think I'll stick to cats and small dogs in the future!! :p LOL!!!:D

Hmmmmmm??? Let's see, the "worst" was a small bird's skull! Also, feathers, sand, sticks, small pebbles, string, pieces of undigested Booda bone in assorted colors, an earring, shoelace and of course, squeaky stuffing! A puppy at worked pooped out a whole sock one day!!:D

Lut, I have found pieces of my artificial Christmas tree in my kitties' litter boxes among their "contributions." I know Andy was the culprit because he just can't leave the tree alone! You haven't lived until you pooper scoop a litter box with fake green pine needles mixed in! :o

AGHHH!
Now I have a picture of bird skull in my head.
THANKS!!! hehehe
Lets not forget bird seed. Whenever I fill up the
wild bird feeder, the birds make such a mess and
Pepper cleans it all up.
When she poops, it looks like a bird seed log.

This is pretty gross, but Daisy chews those toys with lots of string sometimes, and one day she took a poop and the string came out, well she couln't get it all out and she was running around the patio with string coming out of her butt.
Don, (my hero on that day) got some paper towels and pulled the string out of her butt. LOL and alls well that ends well.

I have found a sowing pin, peanuts, spruce needles cloth, rocks and small pieces of plastic. The sowing pin was the scarriest. My mom and I were sowing and we counted all the pins before we began and after we were done one was missing. We fed Rufus some cotton balls every day until it reappeared a couple of days later.

I forgot........Tinsel!!! NOT GOOD!!!
As for the bird's skull....My dog a lifetime, my Lab Jingles, was notorious for eating everything. After a non-stop bout of vomiting, she was checked by the vet and x-rayed. He had to laugh when he showed me the x-ray and generalized the diagnosis..."Multiple foreign objects!!":D She stayed at the vets for poop insepction and if no improvement, possible exploratory surgery. Lucky for me it was THEIR job to check the poop. The vet tech discovered the "skull!" and surgery was thankfully aovided:D:D:D

I am sorry for bringing this up again but I CAN'T believe I missed it the first time!!!
Last year, I was at my grandparents house and Keegan Made her rounds and got ahold of my grandmas nylon sock. I got them outta her mouth, then the next day after I had worked third shift and saw on my caller ID that she was trying to get ahold of me I called her and she said " I can't find one of my socks" I was like 'oooh nooo' So I was on poop pawtrol for a couple days I was out there with a flash lite at night. I couldn't see anything. Then after a rain storm I was out there and low and behold there was the sock!!!!
I called Grandma and asked her if she wanted it back and she said NO!!! :o
ANNNNNNDD
Just a couple weeks ago I found the body of one of Kylie's toy mice in the yard!!!
No fur, no tail Just the pink ears, black eyes and the plastic grey body!
I still am not sure where she got it at and when it came out!!! :o

Golf balls. My old rotti, Zoe, would swallow them whole.
She would also rip up tennis balls and swallow them too.

ahahah! What a funny thread!! :D:D:D Malone hasn't really pooped out anything to funny. He does enjoy going around the bottom of the birdcage licking up all the seeds that Rilla threw out, so occasionally he gets a seedy poop. :o
And ewwww, Kayann! That's nasty!!! Icccck!! :)

Ok! OK! You guys cheered me up already! I am hysterical..laughing!!!!:D :D :D
Cody's one and only nasty was one of my knee-his. He was laying on my bed, I got home from work, threw them off, ran to another room and back agin in less than 1 minute and I see him "GULP" The poop patrol found it the next day, in tact with poop inside!! I swear I will never understand how he did that!!! I'm just glad there was no serious injury but it was pretty amazing!
Oh.. and like Don, I had the pleasure  of pulling out a string of plastic wrap. T.G. I always carried a few paper towels in my pocket during walks!
What we don't do!!!!
